Food Safety & Quality
We have a robust safety and food quality standard. This standard incorporates detailed requirements for a HACCP system as defined by the Codex Alimentarius Commision which far exceeds those detailed in the General Food Hygiene Regulations.

Food Hygiene Awards
At the last local authority inspection April 24th 2007 we were awarded the maximum three star award which shows excellence in the eyes of our local authority in both compliance with the law and the confidence of the local authority has in our abilities to manage our food manufacturing business safely. The award takes into account food hygiene, safety, (handling practices/ procedures etc), structure (cleaning, layout, condition etc), confidence in management control systems & training.
