Q. How do I send artwork for the chocolate?
A.
Photographs: Original photographs are preferred however if you want to supply your photograph on disk or via email please scan at a high resolution and send as a high resolution JPEG or TIFF file.
If you would like us to return your photograph please enclose a stamped self addressed envelope. Although we will take care of your photograph Chocolate Graphics cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused.

Q. I really like your photo chocolates but I don't which photo to send to you. Have you any tips?
A. Certain photographs work better on chocolate than others. Below you will see some examples of photos that work well on chocolate and some other photo's that would not work so well on chocolate.

More tips about sending your photo
Size of Photo:
Don't think that you have to send us your photograph as the same size as the chocolate. Any size photo is okay, we will digitally edit the photo and scale it to size.
Copyright Photos:
We cannot work with copyright photo's. If you supply a photograph to us you must have permission to use it as we will not be liable for any photo's that you supply.

Q. What quality of chocolate is it?
A: We use only the finest tasting Belgian milk chocolate and Belgian white chocolate we also have a wonderful plain chocolate. Our priority is supplying you with a great tasting chocolate with unique crisp, clear and sharp images and text.

Q. Your chocolate is fantastic, how do you do it?
A. It is a secret and patented process, however we do use the latest technology. |

Q. What can you "print" onto the chocolate?
A. We can emboss the chocolate with almost any logo, message or photo. Some photographs are more effective than others. Please speak to a member of our graphics team if you have any questions. |

Q. Is it icing on the top of the chocolate?A: No it's not icing or any form of sugar. We call it decoration, it's 100% edible and is a cocoa butter based product therefore it has all the characteristics of pure chocolate in both taste and palate. |
Q.What colours can we have on the chocolate?A.Our most popular chocolate is the Belgian milk chocolate with white decoration however we can also offer Belgian white chocolate and plain chocolate. Decoration colours include pink, blue, green and sunshine gold. |
Q. Are there any nuts in your chocolate?A. We do make filled chocolates in our facility. These chocolates include pralines and nut based products. Although there are no nuts in the graphic and message chocolate it is possible that they could have come into contact with nuts or nut based producs. |

Q. Are there any additional costs?A:
Chocolate Personalisation:
We have a large range of speciality themed chocolate suitable for most occasions and for these stock designs there are no extra charges. However if we personalise a chocolate for you (this can include text, photo or logo) there is an origination charge.
Foil printing:
Some of our box lids can be personalised with your name, message, logo, special date etc. There is an origination charge for this service.

Q. Is there a minimum order for the personalised chocolate?A. As you browse our website you will be able to see if there is a minimum order. If the minimum order is more than you wanted to purchase please contact us by email or telephone as we may be able to accomodate your request, however for one off personalised items there may be additional personalisation charges. |
Q. How do I pay for my goods?A. Payment in full is required when placing an order.
