Making A Purchase Ordering is easy!

Internet
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

For personalised orders it is more than likely that you will want to discuss your order over the telephone.

By Post
Make a note of the product numbers that you wish to order,or telephone for a quotation.
Remember when you post your order to include;
Your full name,address & contact telephone number plus a delivery address if different.
Payment in full ( a cheque is our preferred method of payment)

We accept credit card payment including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept cheques and payment via bank transfer.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged by weight of the parcel. We will despatch your order to the delivery address as requested when placing your order. You can choose to have your chocolates delivered by post or by a courier.

We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.Customers who use our Courier Delivery service MUST provide a delivery address where the order can be accepted and signed for. i.e. your home, a neighbour or your workplace. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DELIVER WEEKENDS & EVENINGS.

There are several days each year that we cannot despatch chocolate orders due to extremes of temperature. (over 28 degrees) and extremes of weather. These are circumstances byond our control & we will not be under any liability to you in respect of failure deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.

Postal Deliveries:
If you choose to have your parcel despatched using a post office service we cannot guarantee the post office service.
Missing / lost or damaged in the post standard royalmail delivery:
Due to changes in the Royal Mail procedure it is not possible for us to claim for lost or damaged parcels. If you feel your order has been lost in the post you must e-mail sales@chocolategraphics.co.uk stating that your order has been lost in the post and please include your order number. We will then send you the proof of posting document by Recorded Delivery to the delivery address on the order so a claim can be made by the purchaser. This is Royal Mail policy and not our own. Any complaints regarding Royalmails compensation procedure should be directed to: The Royalmail, Customer Service Centre, p.o.box 740, Plymouth, PL9 7YB. Courier Deliveries

If you are not there to sign for your parcel the courier will leave a calling card. You will need to ring the number on that card to re-schedule delivery. If you do not call the courier within 3 days the courier will return the parcel to Chocolate Graphics. The courier will charge us to bring the parcel back to our despatch centre, we have to pass this charge to our customer. The cost of failed delivery is a minimum of £15.99.
PLEASE ensure that you have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. This can be a work address.
PLEASE ensure that you have given the correct address and postcode.
Where the delivery is aborted because there is no one at the delivery address a charge of £15 will be made to cover the costs invoiced to us by the courier this happens only in extreme cases where the courier has tried to deliver more than once.

In the event that you are expecting a delivery that has not arrived OR you wish to check on the parcels progress please contact us with your order reference number and we will give you a contact telephone number for the courier and the parcels consignment number.

Delivery Schedule Most of our products are made to order. As such shipping times will vary depending on quantities ordered and the time of year that you order. If your order is urgent please telephone, we will then arrange a mutually convenient delivery schedule.

Products that are stock items are usually shipped straight away. We usually ship gift items (eg a single box of Christmas Chocolates) within 36 hours of ordering. When the chocolates are ready for despatch they are sent out on a next day delivery service.

For corporate orders and larger order we can normally accomodate these orders in a 2-3 week period however for weddings and special occasions we recommend that you prebook your order in advance for delivery 2-3 weeks before your special day.

Back Orders Most of our products are made to order as such we will endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee In order to maintain our high standards for multipiece chocolate orders of 50 or more of the same personalised design chocolate we will email you a "virtual" chocolate proof so that you can approve the chocolate design before we go to production. Once you have checked and approved the design we are unable to allow any changes. The first proof is provided in the cost of your order,any subsequent proofs due to change in design or layout will be chargeable, rates available on request.

All our chocolates are hand made and as such variances in appearances may occur on orders of mutli pieces of chocolate.

Any exceptions to our General terms and conditions of Business will only be valid if approved in writing by us.

Tools of all kinds, moulds, films, drawings and any necassary tool required for production remain our property - irrespective if the purchaser contributes to the production costs.

Any moulds, tools, cliches etc required for special designs will be kept for 18 months before destroying if it no re-order is received during this time.

Privacy Policy Chocolate Graphics UK Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We keep our website and catalogues constantly updated using updated images of our work. This may mean that your photo, logo or message chocolates may be photographed and included in our promotional materials. By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are authorising your consent. Returns Policy All goods must be checked before signing for them them. The courier asks for you to sign for them in good condition please check your goods BEFORE signing, otherwise you will have signed to say that you have accepted the goods in good condition. All shortages & breakages must be notified in writing within 3 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that you should wish to cancel your order there will be an administration fee to cover all costs we have incurred to date. If you have ordered personalised goods it may not be possible to cancel your order if the goods have been manufactured.

Remittance Terms Payment in full is due when placing an order. Cheques should be made payable to Chocolate Graphics UK Ltd

Business Customers:
You may apply for an account to be set up before you place an order. In this case terms are strictly 28 days. We will need for you to fax / send an official purchase order.

RETENTION OF TITLE:
Title of goods shall remain vested in the seller until the invoice price has been paid in full.

We regret we cannot accept any conflicting terms of purchase.
